What awaits you – 100% Good Energy

  • As Senior Purchaser of the (Regional) Supply Chain Team you will assume responsibility for several commodity groups, including various services and thus ensuring that our ambitious projects are supplied on time and within budget. In this role, you report to the Team Lead Supply Chain.
  • You skillfully plan, control and monitor the assigned commodity groups and attach importance to a very close coordination with suppliers and service providers.
  • You identify optimization and bundling potentials and thus achieve savings with which you make a significant contribution to the company's overall success.
  • You coordinate the complete inquiry process, analyze and evaluate offers and negotiation results and use this as a basis for preparing offer comparisons ready for decision-making.
  • You plan and conduct contract and price negotiations and bring them to a successful conclusion. On this basis, you create purchase orders in the ERP system, carry out commercial conditions as well as invoice checks and support therefore purchasing controlling.
  • You ensure a high level of information quality and transparency in order to guarantee on-time and surprise-free deliveries and services, which are always in line with the planned project specifications.
  • You ensure that the agreed KPIs are met and collaborate on internal projects for process and cost optimization as well as in the design of procurement processes.

You bring with you – 100% You

    • Degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable professional qualification.
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the area of supply chain with a focus on operational purchasing and sound knowledge of international procurement 
    • Analytical skills and strong negotiation skills
    • Outstanding teamwork and communication skills as well as an independent
      and structured way of working
    • Strong market orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and behavior
    • Confident handling of common MS Office tools and good IT skills
    • Very good written and spoken Italian and English skills
      • Experience in the PV industry or in project purchasing would be a plus
